I've had these now going on two years. The ones I have had had an issue or two. Older Becky boots have more of the orange (slip resistant soles), which do help out. These boots have hardly any slippage on surfaces. Great thing. Styling: Love them and look superior to any other boot. I wear mine riding or just out and about, they are just that comfortable. Durability: Here goes. ...My left boot at the toe "snapped" while shifting. The toe now is not firm but "broken in like a tennis shoe." Not good. Since the stitching was worn at the toe I couldn't return my 45 day old boots. On the other hand I've placed a total of about 8k miles riding on them. I don't slide my feet like some and stop then feet go down. Soles are showing wear vs my other pair of another style that I had for 5 years or better. Easy to scuff in the toe area and shifting point of contact. Comfort: Away from my toe hurting (plus my nail not growing from my crushed toe end), they are the BEST. Pretty much zero breakin period. Wore mine straight from buying them onto the bike. Other boots were bungeed down. First ride with zero time walking around at home and ZERO blisters, nor discomfort. Safety: Excellent in ankle protection, slip resistance, top of foot straps and heel straps. Cannot ask for a better sturdy support without knowing it.

Comfort: 5☆ Style: 5☆ Protection: 5☆ Durability: 2.5☆ (deducted from toe end crushing & stitching at toe worn before 45 days, wear on sole and easily shifter scuffing within a few miles of riding, metal adorments scratched, not wind nor waterproof, but don't necessarily soak your feet in rain either).
Would I buy these again? Yes and very much so. I'd take the short term issues (less than a year old) well over comfort and style plus protection around the ankle and top of foot. I have hurt feelings on mine and feel there was a QA issue on mine. But I truly love them for every feature that looks good and protects. May not ever change to another style of boot.

Hope this helps and remember, my issue might have been a QA issue on a batch but yes, I'm never buying anything but this boot! I take every effort to keep them looking great and don't abuse them. Part of riding! Enjoy the compliments and fit and enjoy them! I do!
