  • The Fire Bells / Firehouse 3 Museum in Racine, WI. The Fire Bells, a community-oriented group of citizens, focuses on the Emergency Service Rehab efforts in Racine, Kenosha and Walworth Counties. These volunteers respond to working fires to provide food, water and temporary shelter from the environment for firefighters and victims, alike.   • The Junior Fire Institute of Milwaukee, where high school and college grads are invited to learn more about a career in firefighting. Experienced firefighters of all ranks volunteer to provide hands-on learning opportunities, performing with actual firefighting equipment and with special teams, including Dive Rescue, Hazardous Materials and Heavy Urban Rescue.
