Constructed from quality water-resistant leather with perforations to promote cooling circulation, the Blak Jack boots also include the moisture-wicking removable/washable anti-microbial Ortholite® liner for unmatched thermal insulation/regulation. This light-weight polyurethane memory foam promotes breathabiity and ensures long-term fit & comfort with less than 5% compression over the lifetime of the boots. Other construction details include the reinforced toe & heel, the asymmetrical shifter pad on the left foot -- both supporting natural wear points -- the convenient pull-on loop for easy on/off, the black-on-black metal eyelets for smooth sliding laces, and a second, removable insole pad that accommodates 1/2 size fitting. The rubber outsole with welt construction promotes sure-footed confidence, and the XRD® microporous material at the tongue and ankle pads protects against impact, shock or vibration trauma.
