RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact the House of Harley-Davidson at customerservice@houseofharley.com or 414-988-7077 to facilitate your return. Return shipping within the contiguous United States is FREE. Original shipping fees, however, are non-refundable. All items must be returned in new condition (all tags attached, unworn, all original packaging, etc.) and are subject to an inspection process. If returned merchandise is received damaged, a refund may be granted, less any applicable restocking fees. If your item requires repair and qualifies for warranty work, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing through the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HELMETS, COLOR MATCHED PARTS/PAINT, PARTS WHICH HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, OIL, LIQUIDS OR ELECTRICAL PARTS.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER ORDERING

Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing and shipment of your order. Depending on which carrier option is chosen, the item(s) are expected to arrive within the estimated time frame indicated at checkout. An email with shipping details and tracking information will be sent automatically once the package has been picked up by the carrier. Please note, tracking numbers take time to appear in the online records at FedEx and USPS. If you visit too soon, you may receive a message indicating the tracking number is invalid. No need to contact us, just try again later.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges within 30 days after you have received your shipment. Please contact the House of Harley-Davidson at customerservice@houseofharley.com or 414-988-7077 to facilitate your exchange and verify that the item you want is available. Return shipping within the contiguous United States is FREE. We will send you a return label for your exchange and then send out your new item for FREE. Your original item(s) must be returned in new condition and are subject to an inspection process. If returned merchandise is received damaged, a refund may be granted less any applicable restocking fees.
