Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days, exceptions may be considered—please contact us before returning the item.*For holiday purchases made in November and December, the return period is extended until January 31st.
How to Return an Item
- Ship your item to our returns processing center at the address below.
- Include a copy of your original invoice with clear instructions for an exchange or refund request.
- Provide a contact phone number—we will reach out only if additional payment is required or if the item is unavailable.
A Few Disclaimers
- Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Clothing: Tags must be attached; items cannot be worn or washed.
- Parts & Accessories: Must be in original, undamaged packaging with all components included.
- Helmets: Due to DOT regulations, helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Service manuals and installed parts/accessories are non-returnable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us before returning your item. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from original payment.
- Customers may purchase a $9.99 House of Harley return label or use their own carrier; free prepaid labels are not provided.
Exchange replacement shipments do not qualify for free shipping; standard outbound shipping rates will apply.

Processing Times

- It can take up to 14 business days for your return/exchange package to be received and processed.
- We will send a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
- Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days following processing, and standard shipping times apply.
Refunds for Apparel
- Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment used for the order.
- Once processed, your financial institution may take an estimated 2-5 business days to post your refund.
Parts Return
Fitment & Compatibility:
Please use our parts search guide before ordering. Motorcycle fitment can vary by model, year, trim level, engine, and installed accessories. Please note that a VIN is required for certain OEM parts. Customers are responsible for confirming part compatibility before purchase. Our Parts Search Guide is provided to assist with this process.
Returns & Installed Parts:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, intact packaging with all hardware and instructions included.
Please be advised that parts that have been installed, attempted to be installed, altered, damaged during installation, or show signs of use are not eligible for return. This includes items with wrench marks, mounting marks, or fluid contamination. Determination of condition is at the sole discretion of the seller.
Electronics & Special Orders:
Electronic components (such as ECUs, tuners, sensors, and radios) are only returnable if unopened. Defective electronics are handled through manufacturer warranty procedures. Additionally, OEM special-order parts and parts ordered specifically for a customer’s VIN are final sale.
Additional Terms
Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee.
Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made by the seller.
Tires: Tires cannot be returned once mounted.
Cores: Core returns must be received within the specified period and must be rebuildable and free from major damage.
Closeout / Obsolete / Clearance Items: These item sales are final and are non-returnable.
Blemished and Open Box Items: All sales on blemished or open box items are final and non-returnable. These items are offered at a discount with additional notes about the condition in the description.
We reserve the right to inspect all returns and refuse any items.
Returned items must match the original product shipped, and be in new, resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection and verification prior to credit being issued. For quality assurance purposes, serial numbers, identifying marks, and product condition may be verified as part of the return review process.
