RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is $9.99 with the label provided. Original shipping fees, however, are non-refundable. All items must be returned in new condition (all tags attached, unworn, all original packaging, etc.) and are subject to an inspection process. If returned merchandise is received damaged, a refund may be granted, less any applicable restocking fees. If your item requires repair and qualifies for warranty work, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing through the Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

Your complete satisfaction is essential to us. If it doesn’t fit or is not what you expected, we will happily refund or exchange your order for another product or size.

Please return your product within 30 days. We can consider exceptions if it is past 30 days, but please contact us first. Our return period is extended to Jan 31st for holiday gifts purchased in November and December.

Please ship to our returns processing center address below. Include with your order a copy of your original invoice, with clear instructions on the exchange needed or refund. Please leave a contact phone number. We will contact you only if the product is unavailable or if we need to collect additional payment or issue a refund for a price difference.

A few disclaimers. Products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition. Tags must be attached to all clothing. Clothing must have not been worn or washed. Other items, including parts, must be in the original undamaged packaging and complete with all items. Due to strict DOT regulations, Helmets cannot be returned/exchanged. Service manuals, installed parts, and accessories cannot be returned/exchanged. Please contact us first if you have concerns or questions about your return. Any original shipping costs are not refunded.

RETURNS

Online purchases may be returned by mail within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment used for this purchase (including gift purchases). Online purchases can be returned in-store for a refund. Exclusions Apply. Refunds for returns by mail will be issued within 30 days of receiving your returned package. Store returns with a gift receipt will be refunded onto a store credit at the selling price on the gift receipt. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs, and other charges are non-refundable.
