You didn't send the hat that I wanted... Look at the picture of the order. I wanted the black hat with the BLUE logo... YOU GUYS sent me a BLACK logo... Black on Black ... So thanks for nothing

Great experience from start to finish with House of Harley. I accidentally fat-fingered my address when placing my order and did not realize it until the next day. I contacted them, and they fixed the issue immediately with no hassle at all. I received my hat just a couple of days later. Very pleased with the customer service and overall experience. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This is a Christmas gift so not sure how the reaction / fit will be but the ordering process went smoothly and the delivery time was amazing. Thank you and hopefully it will be received as well Christmas morning.
